We at LTZ most heartily agree since our office is virtual and people can work when they want, where they want, and for as long as they wish to work. We don’t have managers that are constantly coming by your desk asking to see the latest, or requesting that second or third meeting of the day. Instead, we trust our people to know what’s the best work conditions for them. A quick talk over a drink, a short call over iChat or Skype is all we need to keep this company of super talented people going.
